Privacy Policy

At Wealth Code(referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, complete our onboarding questionnaire, order destiny calculations, or access your personal Dashboard.

We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable regional data protection regulations.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as metadata collected automatically when using our platform:

A. Personal Information Provided Directly by You

  • Identification Data: First name and last name, to personalize your dashboard interface and calculate name-vibrational metrics.
  • Contact Information: Email address, to send payment receipts, unique URL magic links to access your reports, and PDF file attachments.
  • Astrological & Numerical Birth Metrics: Exact date of birth, time of birth, and place/city of birth. These precise inputs are strictly required by our astronomical synthesis engine to compute house cusps, planetary degrees (such as Venus and Jupiter positions), and life path numbers.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Metadata

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, clicks, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. This information is collected via standard server logs and cookies to optimize site security, performance, and responsive layout scaling.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

Under the GDPR, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: To process onboarding questionnaire answers, generate custom calculations, compile PDF reports, and deliver access links.
  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our user interface, debug server issues, analyze conversion analytics, and prevent transaction fraud.
  • Consent: Where you explicitly opt-in to receive updates or promotional materials from us (which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal birth metrics or email details to advertising networks or third-party data brokers. We share data only with selected subprocessors strictly required to operate our service:

  • Database Hosting (Supabase Inc.): Used to store user profiles, onboarding answers, orders, and generated reports securely.
  • AI Processing (OpenAI LLC): Onboarding answers and birth details are passed to OpenAI API endpoints to generate the customized text analysis. OpenAI does not use our API inputs to train their public models.
  • Payment Processing (Lemon Squeezy LLC / Stripe Inc.): Used to process purchases. Lemon Squeezy acts as our Merchant of Record. We do not receive, store, or process your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Hosting & CDN (Vercel Inc.): Used to deploy the Next.js serverless application.

4. Data Transfer Outside the EEA

As we use cloud service providers located in the United States (such as OpenAI and Supabase), your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure that these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal safeguards approved by the European Commission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal birth metrics and generated calculations for as long as your order account exists, to allow you to log back into your Dashboard and download your PDF files. If you request the deletion of your data, we will erase or anonymize your personal records within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain transaction details for tax, accounting, or audit compliance.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your country or state of residence, you have rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we store about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete birth details.
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the permanent deletion of your data.
  • Right to Portability: Request that we export your data in a structured, readable format.
  • Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: Limit how we process your birth coordinates.

7. Security

We secure database entries using industry-standard SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. However, no database, transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage method is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your birth charts, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our destiny reports and financial activation plans are strictly designed for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it immediately.
