• Merchant of Record: We utilize Lemon Squeezy LLC as our Merchant of Record. They handle transaction billing, VAT/sales tax calculations, currency conversions, and secure card payment checkouts.
• Verification of Inputs: You are responsible for ensuring that the email address, name, and birth details provided during onboarding are accurate. Recalculation demands due to user input typos may incur additional processing fees.

4. Strict No-Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and instantly personalized nature of our calculation reports (which are compiled using server calculations and API calls immediately upon successful payment):

All purchases of the Wealth Code Full Report and the Personal Financial Activation Plan are strictly non-refundable and final.

By initiating checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once the digital report generation begins. Sharing your dashboard URL with others allows them to view your calculations. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from sharing or losing your magic link.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of your use of our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in our jurisdiction.
